Pre-terminated micro cable optical fibre assemblies offer an ultra-compact, high-performance solution for high-density fibre deployments in North American enterprise and data centre environments. Built on a space-saving SlimCORE™ 3mm outer diameter cable, these assemblies are specifically engineered for 12 and 24 fibre applications where pathway congestion and airflow are critical concerns.
Each assembly is factory-terminated with ScaleFibre quality connectors and precision-polished to deliver low insertion loss and high return loss. Available in both OFNR (Riser) and OFNP (Plenum) ratings, these assemblies meet strict NEC flame safety requirements for installation in vertical shafts and environmental air-handling spaces.
The 3mm micro cable construction provides superior flexibility and a drastically reduced footprint compared to traditional cables. Available in Single-mode and Multi-mode variants, these assemblies simplify compliance and accelerate deployment in high-density patching zones.
